you know whats harder than transcribing a heavily accented speech? transcribing a child's one. its that particular accent that makes it hard to pick up. and its killing me now. seems like the extra time allocated actually works against my advantage. i wanna strangle myself for not interviewing my niece argh. but nevermind now that its all said and done.

i really have to finish alot of assignments by tonight and its like i'm always procrastinating, getting myself in a comfortable neither here nor there position. argh i need sleep! i had to make my way back to school all the way from home today, and i was so tired that i didnt even bother to wax my hair. oh okay, a new low, i didnt even bother to wear contacts out. i have to last for a few more hours zomg.

and by the way...

i miss you sammy. i'll give almost anything just to crash at your place now. but now that chouchou's with you, i guess that sums up all the material things that mean anything to me, is with you.

After i'm done with exams, i'm gonna really sit down and start analyzing stats and stats and stats of a few core teams. Frequency of scoring, average timing, condition of key players, past 5-10 match outcomes, etc just to eke out a more accurate prediction just for a 1st half match. given the flippancies of this industry, staking it out on a full 90 mins + additional time is really quite stupid.

i finally tried the 'kiss of death', some cocktail that adrian and jon were always raving about and i have to say its not bad. i woke up really blur, but you have to consider the influence of the other types of alcohol. OH BTW does anyone have the problem of looking bloated when you drink? I look so bloated the pictures not doing me justice, they are not an accurate representation of me.

with that party out of the way, i wont be partying much (if any) already. i need to catch up on school work so badly. and i havnt even started on my research paper.

at least i woke up early and made it to woodlands library where i did my project work with forst and nad. bumped into a couple of schmates there as well. okay back to doing my work!

need sleep badly

i visit deal.com.sg everyday, just to see if they offer deals on sleeping. i don't mind purchasing vouchers that entitles me 20-30% off my assignments. just a thought. so last night kenny gave me a lift home after work and after his school and we met chua, neil and justin at pasir ris macs. was fun catching up but i was so tired that i went home earlier. regrettably that didnt translate into sleep. =(

i m much better rested today but no sleep once more cos i have to finish and submit another assignment by wednesday. and for this i really need to read through all my notes cos i dont have a single inkling what its about omg. if i dont finish it tonight, i dont know how i'm gonna enjoy zouk tmrw night after such a long hiatus. and i'll be coming from work la, so far i havnt been able to study at the shop because its just not conducive for studying, like DUH?
