another boring day

okay today's supposed to be less boring since i'm at work. but the total number of people (walk-ins) as of now, is equivalent to my number of fingers. i have 10. nothing wrong with more or less fingers, just saying! =)

I barely had time for lunch but i decided to try out A.venue Bistro and got myself a seafood aglio olio take away. goodness, for $11.90, the portions were blatant rubbish. palm size worth of pasta, 2 mussels, 1 small prawn and 2 pieces of sotong rings. i finished it in like 4 mouths, should have gotten a mac spicy instead, would have lasted longer. zzz

anyway joshie popped by for a moment. fred and keyis as well. i think both of them are going a bit crazy but i shant say. shift ends at 10pm, i cant wait to get my ass home. speaking of which i havnt gone home since CNY i think. might as well, since dad called and asked me to go home every now and then. BUT HEY I THOUGHT YOU WERE TAKING MOM WITH YOU TO CHINA?!! why she no go?!

life goes on, and so the plan for the next few days

thursday: mug my ass off and catch up on SHAMELESS season 2 with fluffy at my place

Friday: Work till 1130 and party my ass off finally ( i swear i havnt stepped into a club for 12309879641 years)

Sat: Study and steamboat at fluffy's

Sun: Study and get my heartbroken by liverpool again. (if you cant even beat Stoke by full time, i'll never wage on you ever) *something funny, i didnt analyze the odds for man.city but i just bet $20 on them last week, i got back $23 cos the odds were 1.15. ZZZZ and people, don't ever gamble like this cos its really quite stupid to risk $20 for a $3 return. But im quite tempted to bet against man.c this week though cos the odds are sick.


One last thing to share with you guys, this is so old school but it was on replay over and over for me today. Its so classic haha. reminds me of the days i was a fatboy.

i was like looking through some old videos and guess what i found?

yeap it was during my year 1 in hall 11, they were having some cultural exchange with nus raffles hall, some annual thing. this video has 3 performances recorded, Jasper, followed by Jazreel and then yours truly @ around 9:25

there were quite a few performances throughout my year 1. but i can't really recall how i got by them because most of the time i was on beer before getting on stage cos it makes me nervous whenever i think theres 239084762098641 people looking. okay in actual fact at most like 100+-.

i'm so worn out doing my assignments. sometimes i wonder why certain modules can be so ridiculous. I fully appreciate my history mods though. thats all.

im not exactly advertising for my friend, but the fashion sense of my school is bordering on monotonic at best. The clothes at the shop are not that expensive and each individual piece if you match it properly, speaks volumes about you.

dont get me wrong, i do know a few chinese friends who are so well-dressed that its impossible to keep up with them but thats not where i'm heading.

i'm just pretty tired of the "smu/nus has better dress sense than ntu" shite. cant really be helped when people around here count sport cca singlets as a wardrobe staple. maybe next time i'll keep a lookout for well-dressed people in school then.

alright this friday's celebration is on. you might think i'm lying but i'm really not too keen on alcohol actually. goodness. the more you drink the more stupid you get, which explains my current state of mind.

I'm supposed to finish up all my work over this 2-3 days but i'm feeling so lazy. can't wait to see you again tmrw baby. <3

Hello People.

after a long hiatus, really really long, as in months long break from blogging, i'm back! if you noticed the archives are gone, thats because i dont intend to live in the past ever. any archives from now on will be about ongoing and concurrent details relevant to me and my much diminished socio-environment.

i really wanna try my hand at putting up photos but it looks rather daunting so one step at a time. much changes in life, i've a pragmatic core group of 6 other buddies. and they have brought much joy to my life. i've a really sweet and persistently-consistent girl now, my eyes have stopped roving. i've a joshie, who's always gonna be there at the end of the phone line. not forgetting, a pillow that has been around even before i existed. <3

The world's pretty fickle, all good times are fleeting, momentary. so it really boils down to whoever's left at the end of the day, appreciative souls right into my list of blessings to be counted.
